摘　　要：高职酒店管理专业入门课程教材名称内涵混乱,其体系多为管理原理加酒店业务或酒店业务与管理的"拼盘",课程逻辑混乱,内容叠加。基于对中外酒店的跟踪、了解,以及对高职学情分析,将入门教材定位于承接前置课程与衔接后续课程的"酒店概论",以酒店整体形态发展的过去、现在和未来为逻辑主线对酒店入门教材进行重新架构。At present,the connotation of teaching materia names of introductory course of hospitality management of higher vocational education.The systems of teaching materials are mostly ＂principles of management plus hotel operations＂,＂ a platter of hotel operations and management＂;the course is illogical;and the content is repeating.Therefore,based on the tracking and understand about national and international hotel and the analysis of learning situation of higher vocational students,it is necessary to reframing the introductory teaching materials which make them located in ＂hotel overview＂undertaking the leading curriculum and linking with the next curriculum and take the past,now and future of the overall development form of hotel as the logical lines.
