航运企业人才需求对自办院校的依存度分析

摘　　要：调查显示,航运企业的人才需求对企业自办的航海类高职院校的依存度很低。其原因主要在于企业对人才培养的高要求与学校的办学规模、人才培养质量及师资、科研等实力相差很大,而企业对学校的支持力度也很不够,加上国家对企业(社会组织)举办的高职院校性质缺乏明确规定,使得学校既不能完全享受公办院校的政策,也难以享受民办院校的政策,其生存面临严重困难。The investigation shows that the dependence of the talent requirements of shipping enterprises with the representative of China Shipping Group on their self-managing schools with the representative of shanghai vocational and technical college of navigation cause is very low.The reasons are as followed： there are a great gaps between the requirements of the Group for talents and the scale of running school,the quality of personnel training,and the power of teachers andscientific research;the supportiveness from the Group is insufficient;the limited Level localization,unclear orientation of running schools and lacking of national explicit provision of the nature of the higher vocational schools held by the enterprises（social organization） make the schools face the difficulty of enjoying the policy of public and private schools that result in serious difficulties of their survival.
