摘　　要：中医药对外教育短期进修发展越来越快,其在学生构成、学习需求等多方面也愈显复杂,同时对教学基地、带教老师等也带来了巨大的压力。为此,应进一步完善学生管理制度,加强临床基地建设,提高带教老师的综合素质,增强患者与留学生之间沟通协调等教学管理工作,对提高临床教学质量,保证中医药国际化教育教学的可持续发展具有十分重要的现实意义。Traditional Chinese medical short-term education for foreign students develops in increasing tendency.The formation of the students and learning requirements become more and more complicated,and meanwhile these brings about great pressure to the clinical bases and tutors.Therefore,it is necessary to perfect the student management system,intensify the construction of clinical bases,enhance the comprehensive quality of the tutors,and strengthen the communication and cooperation between the patients and foreign students,which has practical significance for enhancing the clinical teaching quality and guaranteeing the sustainable development of traditional Chinese medical internationalized education.
