摘　　要：职业技能竞赛是以技能培训考评为中心，全方位、多角度、公开化的社会评价体系。开展技能竞赛对于激励学生学习专业技能，规范学生日常行为，提升学生团结协作、人际交往的职业素质有着不可替代的作用，是高职学生社会化转变过程中的重要助推器。As the center of skill training assessment, occupation skill competition is an all-around, multinuclear and open social evaluation system. Technique contest, which is an important booster in higher vocational college students＂ social transition, plays an irreplaceable role in motivating students to learn professional skills, standardizing students＂ daily behaviors, enhancing students＂ teamwork spirits and interpersonal communication abilities.
