摘　　要：南宁市响应国家教育中长期发展规划纲要,开展社区教育网络平台建设,运用信息化、网络化等手段,通过创新运作模式,建设集学历教育超市、职业技能培训超市、网络职业教育资源交流平台为一体的全民终身学习平台,该平台具有开展全民终身学习教育所需的功能。通过建设南宁市社区教育网络平台,能提高社区居民整体素质和生活质量,促进经济和社会的协调发展。Under the guideline of National Education Mid-long Term development Planning Outline, Nanning carries out the building of community education network platform which involves the diploma education supermarket, the vocational technological training supermarket, the communication platform of network vocational education resources by means of information, network and an innovative operation mode and satisfies the demands of national lifelong learning. The right platform can efficiently contribute community residents＇ overall quality and living quality and the harmonious development of economy and society as well.
