摘  要:高质量的全英教学是适应当前医学教育和医学人才国际化的发展趋势和现实的需要,对于提高国际化办学效率、水平和层次,提升学校的核心竞争力和国际影响力具有重要意义。文章认为师资水平、教材建设、教学理念模式、教学评价是制约和影响全英教学质量的主要因素。论文着重分析了这些制约和影响全英教学质量的各主要因素的组成部分及其矛盾关系,并提出了解决问题的基本思路与具体措施。English-only teaching of high quality meets the need to fit for the reality and developmental trend of current medical education and internationalization of medical talents.It is of great significance in promoting the efficiency and international level of school running as well as raising the core competition and international impact power of colleges and universities.The level of teacher supply,construction of teaching materials,teaching concept and teaching mode as well as the evaluation of teaching are the main factors which restrict and affect the quality of English-only teaching.This paper analyzes the compositions of these main factors and their conflicting relationship and proposes both the basic ideas and concrete measures to solve these problems.
