摘　　要：临床见习是临床医学教育中的重要组成部分。建立临床见习教学质量的保障体系,包括教学督导专家对临床见习教学质量的监督、医学生的评估与反馈、院长和教研室主任听课评估制度等;加强教师的岗前培训;采用多元化教学方法;强化见习生的临床技能模拟培训等,对提高临床见习教学质量起到保障作用。Clinical internship is an important part of clinical medicine education.Improving the teaching quality of clinical internship training depends on setting up teaching quality guaranteeing system,which includes teaching inspectors＇ supervision on the teaching quality of clinical internship,evaluation and feedback from medical students,class observations by the hospital director and department heads;strengthening teacher training before their tenure of teaching;adopting various teaching methods;and strengthening simulated training in interns＇ clinical skills.
