摘 要:目的:了解浙江省桐庐县市售食品中副溶血性弧菌污染状况。方法:对桐庐县5个主要集贸市场和2个超市采集8大类9个品种509份食品,进行副溶血性弧菌检测。结果:桐庐县8大类9个品种509份食品中检出溶血性弧菌71株(检出率为13.94%),均在381份生鲜食品中检出,检出率18.64%。水产品、海产品、禽肉、猪肉、牛羊兔肉中副溶血性弧菌检出率分别为31.42%、23.33%、14.06%、10.53%和9.26%。结论:水产品、海产品和禽肉是桐庐县主要副溶菌污染食品。夏季未控温市场的生鲜动物性食品副溶血性弧菌污染严重。对夏秋季开放性市场进行控温和卫生方面改造,可以使生鲜食品副溶菌污染率下降76%。Objective:To investigate the current status of food contamination by Vibrio parahaemolyticus in the market in Tonglu county.Methods: 509 food samples for 9 kinds of food in 8 classes were collected from 5 markets of farm produce and 2 super markets to conduct Vibrio parahaemolyticus detection.Results: 71 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were detected from 509 food samples(The total detection rate was 13.94%),which were all were detected from 381 fresh food(the detection rate was 18.64%).The detection rates in fishery products,marine products,poultry,pork,beef,mutton and rabbit meat products were 31.42%,23.33%,14.06%,10.53% and 9.26%.Conclusion: Fishery products,marine products and poultry products were the main contaminated foods.Raw animal food contaminated by Vibrio parahaemolyticus was mainly in summer in the open market.In summer and autumn open market,change of local temperature and hygienic status can make vibrio parahaemolyticus contamination rate in fresh food decrease 76%.
