利用食用菌加工废液生产饲料酵母的初步研究

摘　　要：初步研究了利用食用菌加工废液生产饲料酵母,通过试验确定了白地霉是能充分利用此种废水的较好菌株。在适当的发酵条件下,饲料酵母的产量可达13.04 g/L。Utilization of the spent liquor from mushroom processing as material to produce feed yeast was primally investigated.The results showed that Geotrichum candidam was the best strain for feeding-protein fermentation with this spent liquor.Yield of feed yeast was 13.04 g/L under suitable fermentation conditions.
