摘  要:无机陶瓷膜以其特有的优点被广泛应用于除菌过程。为了更好的分析预测0.2μm陶瓷膜微滤处理等电母液过程,借助膜孔窄化模型1/Vf=1/Q0×1/t+Kp,通过不同流速条件下通量变化实验,确定模型参数Kp和1/Q0与流速u的关系为:Kp=-11.571u2+14.297u+141.06,1/Q0=6.25u2-38.88u+204.94。经实验验证,实验值与模型计算值的平均相对偏差小于5%,表明该模型能较好的描述陶瓷膜除菌过程,为实际应用提供一定的指导。Ceramic membrane was used widely to remove thalli with its special advantages. In order to analyze and forecast the microfiltration process of isoelectric supernatant by using the ceramic membrane with the diameter of 0. 2μm,the pore narrowing model 1/Vf=1/Q0×1/t+Kp was studied. As the permeate flux changed with different flux velocity,a relation of the model parameters Kp,1/Q0and the flux velocity u was determinded as below:Kp=-11. 571u2+14. 297u+141. 06,1/Q0=6. 25 u2-38. 88u+204. 94. With the further experimental verification,it was found that an average relative error between the experimental value and the model calculation value was less than 5%. The results indicated that the model was usable to describe the ceramic membrane treatment process,which was helpful for the practical application.
