摘　　要：企业员工继续教育课程开发是一项复杂的系统工程,要遵循课程开发的一般规律,同时还必须接收建构主义理论的指导。课程开发的参与主体是课程开发的前提,课程开发的过程是成功的关键,在课程开发的各个环节都需要注重提高成人学员的建构能力。The curriculum development of continuing education for enterprise employees is a system project,so it should be accord with the rule of curriculum development,and also it should be accord with constructivism.We should pay more attention to adult constructive capability in every developing point,especially main body and process of development.
