摘　　要：通过分析成人教育教学工作的现状,指出了教学各环节存在的问题,提出了教学各环节的主要监控点和应对措施,为提高成人教育教学质量提供了借鉴。With the authors' practical work in recent years,this paper points out the existing problems in teaching steps by analyzing the status quo of teaching in the continuing education.In order to improving this situation,the paper proposes some important control points in every teaching step and gives relevant measures.
