摘　　要：公共管理伦理学在公共管理类专业课程体系中处于"望星空"的地位,对于保证公共管理的公共性,保持公共管理合理性,避免公共管理合法性递减,提高公共管理主体的道德性等有着十分重要的意义。推进公共管理伦理学精品课程建设,课程建设主体必须具备跨学科基础,教学内容要体现先进性、科学性与实践性的要求,采用案例教学兼讨论为主的教学方法和灵活多样的考试方法,加强相关研究等。In the major courses of public administration,Public Administrative Ethics holds a dominating position,for it plays an important role in ensuring the publicity of public administration,maintaining its rationality,avoiding the reduction of its legality,and enhancing the morality of its main body.On purpose to advance the elite course construction of Public Administrative Ethics,the main body of the course must possess a cross-course basis,its teaching contents should meet the requirements of advance,science and practice;and case teaching with discussion as its center and varied examination methods should be adopted,relevant research should be strengthened,etc.
