摘　　要：情绪认知的神经机制是当前神经心理学的研究热点。其研究表明情绪能引起人脑不同区域的激活和生理改变;长期情绪压抑可导致一系列疾病;镜像神经元参与人类社会认知、共情和动作理解等。这些成果为医患沟通提供了科学的理论指导。医务人员应当关注自身和患者的非语言行为,鼓励患者表达内心想法,适时使用临床共情。The neural basis of Emotional cognition is a focus area of neuropsyehology. The researches indicate that emotion causes the activation of different anatomical structure in human brain and physiological reaction; long term emotion depression leads to diseases; mirror neuron systems are involved in social cognition, empathy and action understanding. These findings provide scientific and theoretical foundation for doctor-patient communication. Medical staff should focus on patients and their own nonverbal behaviors, encourage patients to express opinion and carry out clinical empathy.
