浅谈高师音乐教师如何做好学前教育师资培养工作

摘　　要：近几年学前教育越来越受到社会重视,高等师范院校介入学前教育既顺应时代大潮,又符合自身发展需要。高师音乐教师应该从提高认识、注重实践、加强科研、处理好与原来教授专业关系等方面着手,为学前教育师资培养工作发挥应有的作用。Preschool education has been more and more attentional to the public now.In higher normal colleges,＂Pre-school education＂ is in the tide,and it is consistent with their own development needs.Higher education music teachers face the development of pre-school education so this paper,discusses how to deal with pre-school education work from the side of teachers.
