摘  要:从山东省济南市植物油厂的含油土壤中分离筛选到一株耐碱性脂肪酶产生苗,经初步鉴定为丝孢酵母属(Trichosporon),对该菌株脂肪酶合成受制霉菌素及琥珀酸钠影响的情况进行了研究,经诱变筛选抗药性突变株,使酶活力提高了155%,还对该突变株的产酶条件及酶学性质进行了研究,并对有关机理进行了讨论。A yeast strain Y-1 producing alkaline lipase was screened from oily soil. One strain Y-11 with higher lipaseactivity was obtained from Y-1 after combination treatment of UV and HNO2, breeded by nystatin and sodium succinate hexahydrate. Conditions for lipase production and properties of lipase were studied. The optimal conditions for lipaseproduction were: soybean flour as nitrogen source, 1 % soluble starch and 1 % olive oil as carbon source. The optimal pHand temperature for hydrolysis of olive oil were 8. 0 and 40℃, respectively . The lipase was stable below 60℃ and in therange of pH7-10. Mg2+ .Ca2+.K+ .Fe+promted lipase activity, whereas Mn2+.Ca2+.Na2+ .Zn2+caused inhibition.
