摘　　要：2011年8月9日至10日,由教育部主办、新疆师范大学承办的第八届全国师范大学联席会议在新疆师范大学召开。会议是在落实教育规划一周年之际召开的一次全国师范大学专题会议,对于进一步提高教师教育质量具有十分重要的意义。会议以"落实教育规划纲要,深化教师教育改革,提高教师教育质量"为主题展开讨论。在创新型人才培养、教师教育发展和改革、中国特色教师教育体系的构建、提高免费师范生培养质量等问题上各高校的新思路、新举措和新经验,并就今后教师教育和新疆师范大学的改革发展提出了意见和建议。On August 9th to 10th 2011, the Eighth National Joint Meeting of Normal Universities hosted the Ministry of Education and undertaken by Xinjiang Normal University took place in Xinjiang Normal University.The meeting is a special-subject conference of national normal university which opened on the occasion to mark the 1st anniversary of educationprogram implementation, bearing great significance upon the improvement of teachers＂ teaching quality.The meeting attendees had a discussion on how to implement education program outline, further teachers＂ educational reform and improve teaching quality. In addition, the meeting put new ideas for the reform in normal universities and teachers＂ education and new ideas or experience with respect to innovative talents training, teachers＂ teaching reform, construction of teachers＂ teaching system with Chinese characteristics and improvement of the quality of teaching tu- ition-free normal college students
