摘  要:以香豆素为唯一碳源和能源的培养基进行初筛,然后将菌株与黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)共培养后测定AFB1降解率的方法进行复筛,最后筛选出4株高活性AFB1降解菌;其中G3-21和T1-4-1对AFB1降解率可达到65%,Y2-30和T1-3-7对AFB1的降解率达到45%以上,形态和16S rDNA序列分析鉴定结果表明,G3-21和Y2-30为恶臭假单胞菌(Pseudomonas putida),T1-4-1为链霉菌(Streptomyces sp.),T1-3-7为厚壁菌(Firmicutes bacterium).Using cumarin plate as the priliminary screening procedure,then co-culture and AFB1 test as the second screening step of the strains. It was found that four strains of which have the AFB1 ability: the degradation ratio of AFB1 of G3-21 and T1-4-1 reached 65 %, the degradation ratio of other two strains Y2-30 and T1-3-7 reached 45 %. From the analysis of colony morphology and 16S sequence,the strains G3-21 and Y2-30 were finally identified as Pseudomonas putida. The strain Streptomyces sp. the strain T1-3-7was Firmicutes bacterium.
