摘  要:建立蕃茄、凉茶、猪肉、牛奶和植物油中双酚A缩水甘油醚(BADGE)和酚醛清漆甘油醚(NOGE)系列化合物及其氢氧化和氯化衍生物的高效液相色谱—串联质谱测定方法。蕃茄和凉茶样品用乙酸乙酯和正己烷(4∶1)提取;猪肉和牛奶样品先用乙腈提取,再经低温过滤脱脂;植物油样品用甲醇提取,再经低温过滤脱脂。在正离子模式下以电喷雾电离—串联质谱仪进行测定。在20,50,100μg/kg 3个浓度水平进行添加-回收率试验,平均回收率为63.6%~120%。该方法准确、高效,适合食品中BADGE和NOGE系列化合物的测定。An HPLC-MS/MS method was developed for simultaneous determination of BADGE,BADGE·H2O,BADGE·2H2O,BADG·HCl,BADG·HCl·H2O,BADGE·2HCl,BFDGE,BFDGE·H2O,BFDGE·HCl,3Ring NOGE,4Ring NOGE,5Ring NOGE in foods.Tomato and herbal tea samples were extracted by mixed solvent of ethyl acetate and n-hexane.Pork and milk samples were extracted by acetonitrile and then purified by defatted filtration at low temperature.Oil samples were extracted by methanol and then purified by defatted filtration at low temperature.Reverse phase HPLC-tandem MS operated under positive ion mode was employed to analyze the compounds.The average recoveries were from 63.6% to 120% at the spiked levels of 20 μg/kg,50μg/kg and 100μg/kg.It was an accurate and effective method to determinate the BADGE,NOGE and their derivatives in foods.
