摘　　要：农村中小学教师作为义务教育阶段工作者,其教育信仰状况不仅关系着他们自身的全面发展和健康成长,还关系着目前农村教育事业的发展。对湖南省六所农村中小学教师教育信仰状况的调查表明,农村教师教育信仰状况令人堪忧。因此,建立一种理想的教育感召机制,加强农村教师教育信仰的树立,激发其对教育事业的尊崇、敬仰,是一项具有重要意义的工作。As workers of compulsory education,rural primary and secondary school teachers＇ beliefs influence not only their own all-round development and growth,but also the current rural education development.The investigation on teachers＇ educational beliefs of six rural primary and secondary schools in Hunan province shows that situation of rural teachers＇ educational beliefs is worrying.Therefore,it is important to establish an ideal educational impelling mechanism,strengthen rural educational belief set and stimulate teachers＇ respect and admiration for education.
