护士心理健康与工作倦怠及满意度的关系分析

摘　　要：目的调查分析内蒙古自治区三甲综合性医院护士心理健康与工作倦怠及满意度的关系。方法采用整体抽样的方法,选择1525名护士进行一般状况、心理健康状态、工作倦怠、工作满意的调查。结果护士心理健康状况已受到影响,护士工作倦怠总体水平呈轻中度水平,工作满意度一般。结论护士的心理健康状态与工作倦怠呈正相关,与工作满意度呈负相关。Objective To analyze the relation between nurses＇ mental health with job burnout and satisfaction in Grade DI general hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Methods We used overall sampling method,choose 1525 nurses to investigate their general information,mental health status,job burnout and job satisfaction. Results Nurses＇ mental health had been affected,the overall level of job burnout was mild to moderate,job satisfaction was general. Conclusion The status of nurses＇ mental health is positively correlated with job burnout but is negatively correlated with job satisfaction.
