摘 要:建立银杏茶中银杏酸含量检测的高效液相色谱方法。采用正己烷索氏提取,薄层色谱纯化,高效液相色谱法测定。结果表明:在色谱柱为BF-2002、流动相为甲醇-1%HAc溶液(88:12)、流速1.0mL/min、柱温40℃、检测波长310nm下,色谱峰面积和银杏酸浓度线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.9986,平均回收率为99.53%,RSD为1.66%(n=5)。方法简便、快速、准确,适用于银杏茶中银杏酸含量的分析。To establish the determination method of ginkgolic acids(GAs) in ginkgo tea by high perfomance liquid chromatograp(HPLC).The sample through hexane Soxhlet extraction and thin layer chromatography purification,then determined by HPLC.The results showed that when the chromatographic column was BF-2002,the column temperature was 40 ℃,the mobile phase was methanol-1% aqueous acetic acid(88:12),the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was at 310 nm,chromatographic peak area was linearly correlated with GA concentration,with a correlation coefficient of larger than 0.9986.The method is simple,quick and accurate,and is therefore suitable for the GAs analysis in ginkgo tea.
