摘　　要：论述“互换性与测量技术基础”课的教学的特点，为培养适应２１ 世纪需要的人才， 转变教育思想， 改革教学方法， 采用先进教学手段， 使学生具备机械精度设计和检测的能力，This paper discussed the studying purpose and peculiarity of Interchangeability and Measurement Technique Base Course to train the talent suiting the needs of the 21st century,exchangeing the thought of education,reforming teaching method,using the advanced teaching medium,making the students have the skill of the design and checkout of precision machinery to serve the production reality.
