摘 要:CDIO(Conceive & Design & Implement & Operate)是近年来在工程教育改革中兴起的一种工程教育模式,目的是培养学生的工程应用能力和有效解决就业问题。围绕实验教学的三大主体:教师、实验设施、学生,结合常州大学电工电子实验教学示范中心的实践结果,从实验队伍建设、实验教学改革、实验设施建设、实验管理机制4方面分别阐述引入CDIO理念后的高校实验教学可持续发展的新思路和新方法,特别强调了学生在参与实验管理中的主体角色。CDIO is a kind of newly developed engineering education mode in engineering education reform in recent years. Aimed at training engineering application ability of students, it can effectively solve the employment problem. This paper focus on three main parts of experimental teaching: teachers, experimental facilities and students, in view of the practical results in the electrical and electronic experimental teaching demonstration center of Changzhou University. From the construction of the laboratory team, the experiment teaching reform, the construction of experimental facilities, and the experiment management mechanism, it elaborates on some new ideas and new methods of sustainable development of university experiment teaching after introducing the concept of CDIO. It especially emphasizes the main role of the students in participating in experiment management.
