摘　　要：首先对影响校企合作的因素进行探讨,并对校企合作存在的主要问题以南华工商学院报关与国际货运专业的实践为例进行研究,提出校企合作有效开展需要建立五个机制。The paper first studies the factors influencing school-enterprise cooperation as well as the main problems existing in the practice and then, in the case of the practical study of the Customs and International Freight Department of Nanhua College of Industry and Commerce, points out the five mechanisms needed for the effective implementation of school-enterprise cooperation.
