摘  要:为建立一种简便快速的高效液相检测法测定茯砖茶有机酸,采用Kromasil C18色谱柱(5μm,250mm×4.6mm),色谱条件为:3%CH_3OH-97%0.1mol/L KH_2PO_4(用磷酸调pH至2.7)作为流动相,流速0.4mL/min,柱温17℃,进样量10μL,检测波长210nm。该方法回收率达到90.12%~105.74,相对标准偏差小于1.80%,各有机酸浓度与HPLC峰面积的线性相关系数大于0.998,表明所用方法快速简便,具有较高的准确度和精密度。应用此方法测定茯砖茶样品中有机酸组成与含量,结果11种有机酸在茯砖茶中均能检出。To establish a kind of simple and rapid high performance liquid chromatography determination method of organic acid in fu-brick tea,Kromasil C18 column was used at 17℃and mobile phase was 3%CH_3OH-0.1 mol/L KH 2 PO 4(pH value adjusted with phosphoric acid to 2.7) with flow rate of 0.4 mL/min.10μL sample was injected into the column and detection wavelength was 210 nm.The relative standard deviations were lower than 1.80%,and recovery was 90.12%to 105.74%.All of the correlation coefficients between the concentration of the organic acids and the HPLC response areas were higher than 0.998,indicating that the method was simple,rapid and accurate.At the same time,the method has been applied to detect composition and content of organic acids.Results showed that 11 kinds of organic acids were detected in fu-brick tea.
