摘　　要：高校政治辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的支柱力量,组织、指导并实施高校学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作。本文针对我国高校辅导员队伍目前存在的问题及分析其原因,从而探讨如何构建一支适应当前时代需要的高素质的政治辅导员队伍。Political instructors of colleges and universities are the backbone to carry out ideological and political education,and they organize,guide and implement students＇ daily ideological and political education and management.In this paper,how to build a political instructor team with high-quality which suits current needs of the times is discussed,aiming at the existing problems of China＇s political instructor team at present and the analysis of its causes.
