摘　　要："团队"的概念最初源于企业,后突破了企业管理学领域,在教育领域也得到了较为广泛应用。结合省级电大教学质量滑坡的现实,提出组建教学团队的现实意义,探讨了教学团队构成、任务和机制建设等理论问题。The concept of＂team＂ was originally from enterprise management and then was broken through its field. Nowadays it has been more widely used in the education field. Facing with the declining quality of teaching in the provincial TV university, the author puts forward the practical significance of forming the teaching team and researches on the teaching team composition, task, system construction and other theoretical issues.
