摘　　要：食品营养强化剂不仅能提高食品的营养质量，而且还可以提高食品的感官质量和改善其保藏性能，在食品加工业中起到越来越重要的作用。为了满足各类人群对营养素的需要，新型食品营养强化剂不断的被研究、开发和应用。本文介绍了食品营养强化剂的研究进展。Nutrition fortifier can not only improve the nutritional quality of food, but also the sensory quality of food and its preservative properties, playing an increasingly important role in the food processing industry. In order to meet the population＇s need for nutrients, new food nutrition fortifier is researched, developed and applied constantly. This article describes the development of food nutrition fortifier.
