摘 要:相对于传统的课堂教学,工作坊(WORKSHOP)教学模式下的课堂是崭新的、活泼的、开放式的,处处渗透着实践性、合作性、愉悦性、生成性和创造性。在工作坊教学模式下的课堂教学中,教师角色是突破传统的,实现了角色的转变。以翻译课堂教学为例,工作坊教学模式下的整个课堂就像一台演出,教师角色是多面的,扮演着编剧、导演、演员等不同角色。由于各个角色的要求,工作坊教学模式对授课教师提出了更高要求,需要有足够的知识储备和专业经验以及灵活开放的思维和参与精神,须充满热情,善于组织,并具有快速应变能力等。Compared with traditional classroom teaching, teaching on workshop model is a new, active and open teaching approach which is full of practicality, cooperation, joy, creation and creativity. Teachers have changed their traditional roles in the teaching model of workshop. Take classroom teaching of translation and interpretation under workshop model as an exemplar, the class is like a performance and the teachers have various roles such as playwrights, directors and actors or actresses. Because the requirements of the various roles, teachers on workshop teaching model are required to get more qualifications, such as enough knowledge, professional experience, an open mind, sense of participation, enthusiasm, organizational abilities and the abilities of being quick in response.
