摘 要:课堂教学一直都是实现高校人才培养和大学生自我发展(包括知识、技能和素质等)的主要阵地,是通过师生互动来实现教学目标和提高教学质量的。这里通过对高校课堂教学中存在的教师、学生和管理方面的问题进行博弈分析,并在合作博弈的"一报还一报"思想指导下,探讨了课堂教学管理及制度改进的必要性,实践表明教师在课堂上实施基于博弈的课堂管理约定,取得了良好的效果。Classroom teaching is always the major method for a university to execute personnel training and graduates self-development(including knowledge,skills qualities,etc.);it normally through the interactive actions between teachers and students to reach the educational goals and improve the educational qualities of university.Here,by the application of game theory it analysis the problems of teachers,students and management existing in classroom teaching and management,and based on the "like for like" idea of "cooperative play" to discuss the reform necessary to classroom teaching management and policies.At the end,by the experimental research it indicate that can get better results with good management and policies.
