摘  要:以蚕豆根尖为材料,采用微核实验,对吲哚乙酸、萘乙酸的遗传毒性进行了研究,测定了有丝分裂指数、微核率和染色体畸变率3个指标.结果表明:在浓度较低时,与对照组相比,测试组的有丝分裂指数、微核率和染色体畸变率同时升高,呈正相关,具有良好的剂量-效应关系.浓度较高时,有丝分裂指数与微核率和染色体畸变率呈负向关系.在任何浓度下,测试组的微核率均大于对照组,呈显著差异或极显著差异(P<0.05或P<0.01).结果证实吲哚乙酸、萘乙酸均有一定的遗传毒性.In order to study the genetic toxicity induced by indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) and 1-naphthlcetic acid (NAA), the root-tips of Vicia faba were exposed to the different concentrations of IAA and NAA(1,3,5,7,10,20,40,60,80,100mg/L) for 6,12,24h to investigate the effect of IAA and NAA on mitosis index (MI), micronucleus rate (MCN), and chromosomal aberration rate(CAF). The results showed that when the concentration was low, compared with the control group, MI, MCN and CAF all in- creased, with an good relationship between the dosage and the effect. When the concentration was higher, MCN and CAF were negatively correlated with MI. MCN of the treated group significantly differed from the control group(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). These results suggested that IAA and NAA could induce genotoxic effect on the rip cells of Vicia faba root.
