摘 要:[目的]探讨博客(Blog)技术在《护理学导论》教学中的应用。[方法]将300名护理本科生随机分为两组,观察组150名,对照组150名,对照组进行常规《护理学导论》的课堂教学,观察组在常规《护理学导论》的课堂教学基础上应用Blog技术辅助教学。比较两组护生学习成绩及对《护理学导论》学习效果的自我评价。[结果]观察组护生《护理学导论》学习成绩优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护生《护理学导论》学习后护理理论水平、学习兴趣、分析和解决问题的能力、自主学习能力及协作学习能力均优于对照组(P均<0.05)。[结论]在《护理学导论》教学中运用Blog进行辅助教学,可提高教学效果,有利于提高护生的综合能力。Objective:To probe into the application of "Blog" technique in the teaching of "Nursing Introduction".Methods:A total of 300 nursing undergraduates were randomly divided into observation group and control group 150 cases each.Control group received routine classroom teaching of "Nursing Introduction".Besides that,observation group cases also accepted the "Blog"technique to assist teaching.Compare learning results and self-assessment to learning effect of "Nursing Introduction"between both group students.Results:"Nursing Introduction"course learning results of observation group students was better than that of control group students(P0.05).After learning"Nursing Introduction",the nursing theory level,learning interest,ability to analyze and solve problems,autonomic learning ability,and collaborative learning ability of nursing students in observation group were better than that in control group(P0.05).Conclusion:The assisted teaching with "Blog"in"Nursing Introduction"teaching can improve teaching effect and is profit for enhancing the comprehensive ability of nursing students.
