摘　　要：书法艺术是一种文化素质与修养的体现。书法艺术者要想提高书法艺术创作水平,必须提高自我修养。这里的自我修养主要包括哲学修养、知识修养、综合艺术修养及心理修养。书法艺术者只有不断丰富和加强自我修养,才能不断拓展和提升书法创作水平与境界。Calligraphy art is the manifestation of cultural quality and accomplishment. To improve the level of calligraphy creation, calligraphy artists need to increase self-cultivation. Self-cultivation mainly include philosophycultivation, knowledge cultivation, comprehensive art cultivation and psychological cultivation. Only by enriching and strengthening the self-cultivation constantly can calligraphy artists expand and promote the level and state ofcalligraphy creation.
