摘　　要：为服务少数民族和贫困地区师资培训,拓展和发挥基础教育优质教学资源,促进初中教师专业发展和推动"校本培训",海南师范大学组建"周末流动师资培训学院".本文从数学学科培训的实际出发,分析制约农村教师继续教育的因素,介绍"周末流动师资培训学院"培训模式,以及具体实施措施、培训效果,展示该培训模式的优势.Services for minority and poor area training,development and produce high quality basic education teaching resources,promotion of junior high school teachers＇ professional development and promote the＂ school-based training＂,hainan normal university set up＂ weekend flow teacher training college＂.This article from the mathematics training is actual set out,the analysis restricts the rural teachers continuing education factor,introduced the＂ weekend flow teacher training college＂ training mode,and the specific implementation measures,training effect,showing the advantage of training model.
