摘　　要：职业化、专业化和人的现代化是高职人才培养的三维质量标准。职业化强调"用户"的视角及其质量标准;专业化强调高职专业教育的规律性和内在的质量标准;人的现代化强调超越工具性,寻求人的现代性不断增长的具体目标。高职人才培养的三维质量标准体现了外适性、内适性和个适性的协调与统一。Professionalization,specialization and the modernization of human beings are three-dimensional quality standard for talent cultivation of higher vocational schools.Professionalization emphasizes the perspective of users and its quality standard;specialization stresses the regularity for professional education of higher vocational education and internal quality standards;the modernization of human beings pays attention to exceed its instrumental nature and try to seek its concrete goal of growing modernity.The three-dimensional quality standard for talent cultivation of higher vocational schools reflect. ed the coordination and unity of extrinsic adaptability,inner adaptability and individual adaptability.
