摘　　要：临床技能培养是麻醉学研究生教育的重要部分,也是决定临床工作能力的关键。对以知识竞赛为引导的临床技能培养方式进行探讨,预期对教学方法及考试形式加以改进,从而达到更好的教学效果,培养出更多优秀的麻醉医生。Clinical skill training is an important part of anesthesiology graduate education, and is the key to determining clinical competence. This paper discusses knowledge competition as the guidance of anesthesiology postgraduates＇ clinical skills training, expecting to improve teaching methods and examination forms, so as to achieve better teaching effect, training more excellent anesthesiologists.
