摘　　要：基于生长数学教学观,关注班级全体的有效教学的基本思路（LSMF）是：低起点—小步子—（树信心）—引方法—勤反馈—（上台阶）,经过十多年的贯彻LSMF教学思路的教学实践取得了较为显著的成效.This paper, based on the view of growth-mathematics-teaching, discussed through the effective teaching of the basic thought LMSF attention all the class, LSMF is low starting point--the small steps-establish confidence--lead methods-- continuously feddback--up the steps; and expounds after more than ten years LSMF of the implementation of the teaching, the teaching practice achieved remarkable results.
