摘 要:对Candida shehatae发酵稻草"液化产物"水解液生产乙醇的工艺进行了研究,对影响发酵阶段的各因素进行了优化。结果表明,稻草经液化预处理,纤维素含量由36.7%上升为63.4%,液化产物经酶解后溶液呈棕红色,其中含葡萄糖76.2mg/mL,木糖3.31mg/mL,还原糖得率达到了66.3%。脱色后发酵的最佳条件:初始葡萄糖浓度为60mg/mL,温度为30℃,pH值为5.0,装液量90mL/250mL,转速为100r/min,接种量5.0%,发酵时间为48h,在此条件下乙醇得率可达47.1%,能达到理论得率的92.0%,转化率最高为0.25g/g。The process of ethanol production from straw hydrolysate fermented by Candida shehatae was investigated. The different factors were studied. The results showed that the content of cellulose of liquefied product was increased from 36.7% to 63.4% after the straw was pretreated with liquefaction. The color of liquefied products was red after enzymolysis. The glucose content was 76.2mg/ml, and the xylose content was 3.3 lmg/ml and the yield of reducing sugar was 66.3% by enzymatic hydrolysis. The optimal fermentation conditions were obtained as follows: initial glucose con- centration 60g/ml, temperature 30℃, pH value 5.0, rotation speed 100r/min, liquid medium volume 90ml/250ml, inoculum 5.0% and fermentation time 48h. Under these conditions, ethanol yield was 47.1%, which could reach ethanol theoretical yield 92.0%. The highest conversion was 0.25g/g (ethanol/straw liquefied products).
