摘  要:通过参与高校教师培训实践,发现现阶段高校教师培训在培训机会、培训时间、培训方法、培训管理、培训考核中存在的不少问题。并就问题与接受培训教师进行探讨,认为高校教师培训应该增加培训机会,延长培训时间,改进培训方法,加强培训管理,这样才能更好地发挥效用。Through participating in the training practice, many problems are found in the present training of college teachers, including the problems in opportunities, time, methods, management and assessment of training. The problems are discussed with the college teachers who receive the training. It is pointed out that the training of college teachers should offer more training opportunities, lengthen the training time, improve the training methods and enhance the training management to achieve the effect better.
