摘 要:以三轴转台伺服控制系统为研究对象,设计了一种基于模糊规则切换的模糊控制和模糊PID控制相结合的复合控制器.该控制器具有模糊控制超调量小、稳定性和鲁棒性好以及PID控制快速性、精度高的优点;基于模糊规则的切换保证了2种控制方法之间的平滑过渡,避免了阈值切换导致的系统不稳定.仿真结果表明,与传统PID控制相比,该复合控制方法能够有效提高三轴转台伺服控制系统的动态性能和鲁棒稳定性.Taking the three-axis turntable servo control system as a research object,this paper presents a composite controller with the combination of fuzzy control and fuzzy-PID based on fuzzy switching.This pro-posed controller is of tiny overshoot over fuzzy control,good stability and robustness as well as the advantages in-cluding the speediness and higher precision of PID control.It comes to a conclusion that switching based on fuzzy rules can guarantee the smooth transition from one control method to another,and avoid the unstable of system due to threshold switching.Simulation results show that this composite control method can improve the dynamic performance and robust stability of the three-axis turntable servo control system more effectively,compared to the traditional PID control.
