摘　　要：司法警察类高等职业教育课程目标分为四个模块,即通识教育模块,目标是将学员培养成真正的人;法律教育模块,目标是将学员培养成守法公民;职业教育模块,目标是将学员培养成合格警察;专业教育模块,目标是将学员培养成实用专才。Class curriculum of the judicial police in higher vocational education is divided into four modules： general education, legal education, vocational education and professional education. The goal of general education module is to train students to become real person. The goal of legal education is to train students to be law - abiding citizens. The goal of vocational education is to train students to become qualified police. The goal of professional education is to train students to have practical expertise.
