摘  要:目的了解不同阶段高职护生对护理职业的认可情况和影响因素,寻求有效应对策略。方法选取护理学院2010级其中4个班共203名高职护生,采用自行设计的问卷和随机访谈的方法调查高职护生职业认同感,分别在入学时、教育实习前、教育实习后3个阶段实施。结果入学时仅10.4%愿意选择护理专业,教育实习前23.2%表示会自愿选择护理专业,教育实习后35.0%认为护理是个崇高的职业并愿意为患者服务;高职护生职业认同感与其就读护理专业的原因、当前的医疗大环境和护理工作风险高、压力大、社会地位低等诸多因素有关。结论高职护生职业认同感起点较低,但呈现逐渐上升的态势。教学中应加强护生专业思想教育和职业情感教育,强化专业理论和技能水平训练,加强挫折教育和教师榜样示范作用,尽早接触临床是稳定并提升高职护生职业认同感的有效途径。Objective To understand professional identity of vocational nursing students and its influencing factors. Methods A self-designed questionnaire and a random interview were applied to survey 203 students for their professional identity at enrollment, before and after educational practice. Results Different stages witnessed the development of students' professional identity and factors that had influence on professional identity involved risks of the career, great pressure of the career, lower social status, etc. Conclusion Vocational students develop their professional identity gradually. Related vocational emotional education and skill training and early clinical contact contribute to the development of professional enthusiasm and identity.
