摘　　要：促进教师的自主专业发展,提高广大教师的教学实践水平和科研能力已经成为许多新建本科院校师资队伍建设与优化的首要任务.文中以移动学习平台在高校教师自主专业发展中的应用为出发点,针对新建本科院校教师专业发展的实际需求,设计了一种可满足高校教师及时获取最新科技信息、优质教学资源、学科前沿资讯,且支持随时随地进行学术问题探究的移动教师培训平台,并通过原型系统的开发验证该平台的功能设计与系统性能.Based on mobile learning platform applied in training university teachers＇ actual demands of teachers＇ professional development of newly founded und professional development and ergraduate colleges, a mobile teacher training platform is designed, which supports timely getting the latest scientific and technical in- formation, high - quality teaching resources, the frontier subject information, and provides the service for exploring academic problems anytime. Finally, the functional design and system performance of this plat- form are verified by developing the prototype system.
