摘　　要：围绕"校中厂"商贸类校内生产性基地建设的内涵与功能、运作与对接、教学与培养、师资与课程进行了阐述,在对"校中厂"商贸类校内生产性基地建设实践探索的基础上,提出:"校中厂"模式是校内生产性实训基地建设的必由之路;互利双赢是关键点;职业化培养人才是特色所在;机制体制是可持续发展的保障。The ＂Factory in School＂ is a type of practice teaching.This article introduces the nature,operation,direction,teaching,staff,curriculum and functions of the factory in school training base of trade professions.This article also considers it is necessary to develop the training base in school and the benefits are key issues.The distinctive feature of the base is vocational training.To realize the sustainable development,the mechanism and system innovation are very important.
