摘  要:教师教育质量关系到基础教育的发展,而基础教育的变革也必然影响高校教师教育的人才培养规格。从求同价值取向,合力创建利益联盟,共建课程工作室和教师发展工作坊,合作开发课程,联合开展教学研究,到携手营造职前职后一体化的教师教育场等,搭建小学教师培养的新平台。Quality of teacher education is vital to the development of elementary education, and meanwhile changes and reforms in elementary education will inevitably have a profound effect on the training pattern of teacher education in colleges. In order to construct the platform for training primary school teachers, the two sides should set about seeking common ground in their value orientation, forming interest coalition, making joint efforts to build course workshop and teacher training workshop, working together to develop curriculum and carry out teaching research, and building together pre-work and post-work teacher training sites.
