摘  要:随着终身教育理念逐渐从理论走向实践,协调和同步发展学历教育与非学历教育成为高校继续教育实现跨越式发展的基本要求。为此,有必要针对这一现象分析高校继续教育发展现状、困惑及影响非学历教育发展的因素,并在此基础上,提出高校发展非学历教育在认识上、机制上和切入点上改革和创新的应对策略。As the concept of lifelong education has developed from theory into practice, the coordination and synchronous development of curricula education and non-curricula education has become the basic requirements to achieve the leapfrog development of continuing education. In response to this phenomenon,the paper analyzes the development status, confusion and factors impacting the non-curricula education in the continuing education. Based on above, this essay draws up strategies of developing non-curricula education to reform and innovate from the aspects of ideology, mechanism and cut-in points.
