摘 要:当今社会,低碳经济成为国际社会共同关注的热点话题。发展低碳经济要求企业树立绿色、低碳的人力资源管理理念,而人力资源管理外包作为人力资源管理的重要战略之一,必须在其各个环节体现绿色低碳的理念。为顺应全球低碳经济时代航运金融业发展的要求,文中在对航运金融业人力资源管理外包必要性和风险性进行分析的基础上,提出了其成功实施人力资源管理外包战略的重要举措,以期为航运金融业在低碳经济时代赢得竞争优势提供重要支撑。Today society ,the low-carbon economy has become hot topics of common concern in the international community. Development of low-carbon economy requires enterprises to set up the concept of green and low-carbon in human resource management. Being one of the most important strategies in human resource management ,human resource management outsourcing must reflect green and low-carbon concept in all aspects of it. To meet the development requirements of the shipping financial industry in the global low-carbon economy era, The study is based on the human resource management outsourcing necessity and risk analysis of shipping financial industry and puts forward important measures for implementing human resource management outsourcing strategy successfully in order to provide important support for shipping financial industry gaining a competitive advantage in low-carbon economy era.
