摘  要:大学生创新意识的培养是大学教育的重要任务,我们结合教学实践,提出了循序渐进,培养大学生创新意识的方法,即加强学习、夯实基础,选好主题、批判性阅读,组内讨论、提炼创新,反复训练、不断加强,实验实践、验证可行。学生在老师的指导下,通过一至两年的反复训练,学生的创新意识明显得到了加强。实验研究表明,循序渐进,培养大学生创新意识的方法对于学生创新意识的培养有了一定的成效。Cultivating innovative consciousness of college student was the important task of university education.The method of cultivating innovative consciousness of college student in proper sequence was put forward that was strengthening study and tamping foundation,choosing theme and critical reading,group discussing and refining innovation,repeating train and improving step by step,doing experiment,and validating the feasibility.Guided by teacher,the college students strengthened their innovation consciousness apparently via training for one to two years.The results indicated that the method of cultivating innovative consciousness of college student in proper sequence was effective to cultivate innovative consciousness of student.
