摘  要:采用硝酸镍作为石墨炉原子吸收法测定食品中痕量铅时的助灰剂和基体改良剂 ,并以食品标准物质为样品对该方法进行了考察 .实验表明 ,硝酸镍能很好地增加铅的热稳定性 ,使样品干法灰化预处理的过程简单、快速 ,测定的线性范围在 0~ 1 0 0ng/mL之间 ,方法的准确度和精密度均较理想 .The determination of trace lead in foods by GFAAS with Ni(NO 3) 2 as ash and matrix modifier was described. To study the reliability of the method,we have also taken the food standard reference material as the samples.The results showed that the Ni(NO 3) 2 can improve the heat stability of lead. It makes the pretreatment of samples rapidly and easily.The linear range of lead is 0~100 ng/mL. The accuracy and precision of the method were satisfactory.This method was applied in the determination of trace lead in foods.
